Concealment for False Flag Operations
Drills & sting operations may be run in conjunction with these state-sponsored terrorist acts, as a cover in case they get caught, or as a smokescreen to cause confusion. Remember how the real bomb found during the Russian Apartment Bombings was dismissed as being part of a drill? Also, during both the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, & the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in 1995, the FBI & BATF were working with the alleged terrorists under a sting operation. When their connections to these terrorist acts are discovered, they can always claim they were incompetent during a drill or sting operation gone bad.
In a December 9, 1999 article entitled, The FBI and the mad bombers, WorldNetDaily, proclaimed, "The most sensible conclusion anyone came to after examining evidence like this is that the Oklahoma City bombing was a sting operation that went wrong. But, incredibly, the same conclusion can be drawn about the [first] World Trade Center bombing." They continued, "the tentacles of funding, control and conspiracy always seem to lead right back to the government--whether it's the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms or some other similar agency. This is the case with the most dramatic bombings in the recent history of our country--from Oklahoma City to the World Trade Center."
There are some major unanswered questions regarding what occurred on 911. To cover this subject well requires a separate report or an entire book.(*) But an independent investigation which is not headed by a member of the Council on Foreign Relations or related group is required. On 911 the CIA ran a drill that included a plane flying into a building, which created confusion & caused NORAD to stand-down for the first time in its 50-year history. "In what the government describes as a bizarre coincidence, one U.S. intelligence agency was planning an exercise last Sept. 11 in which an errant aircraft would crash into one of its buildings," stated the Boston Globe on August 21, 2002, in an articled entitled, Agency planned exercise on Sept. 11 built around a plane crashing into a building.
"Adding to the coincidence," continued the Globe, "American Airlines Flight 77 ... [which] was hijacked and crashed into the Pentagon ... took off from Dulles at 8:10 a.m. on Sept. 11, 50 minutes before the exercise was to begin." Art Haubold, a spokesperson for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) stated, "It was just an incredible coincidence that this happened to involve an aircraft crashing into our facility... As soon as the real world events began, we canceled the exercise." The NRO works with the CIA, NSA, DIA, & the military to build & monitor reconnaissance satellites.
Describing how an FBI informant named Emad A. Salem infiltrated an Arab group in New York, to coax them into bombing the world trade center in 1993, WorldNetDaily wrote, "When he was asked to assemble the bomb, he went to the FBI to ask for harmless powder to avoid a catastrophe." But instead he was given materials to build a live bomb! "To make a long, complicated story short and simple," said WorldNetDaily, "The FBI spent $3 million of your tax money to blow up the World Trade Center. The story's essentially the same at Waco, Ruby Ridge and other government-made disasters."
Conclusion
There are many, many other documented historical examples of PRS in practice, as well as countless others which have not yet been officially recognized.(**) This formula is being used on a variety of levels to further the New World Order political agenda. It's probably one of the most used tactic to bring about massive change. Although it's simple in theory, most people don't think along these lines, because they themselves would never resort to such a tactic. But it's used over & over again by the various governments which are controlled by the financial elite. Always under the guise of aiding & protecting the people. Therefore, learning how to recognize when this formula is being used will prove to be a useful skill.
These acts may not make sense if viewed as isolated incidents. But when examined as essential steps in establishing a dictatorship, they begin to make sense. They also become clearer when a couple of things are considered. First, that federal law enforcement & most local law enforcement, are controlled by the financial elite. Most officers are loyal patriots, & may not be aware of a hidden agenda. But there are plenty of others who have been hired specifically to carry out these kinds of activities, & they are used to further this political movement. Second, this chaos is necessary in order to pass subversive legislation which allows the financial elite to install a "legal" dictatorship. In other words, portions of federal & local law enforcement are used as a type of terrorist network for people of tremendous wealth. This can all be done & covered-up for reasons of national security. Presumably, these are the same lower-level psychopaths that the financial elite are now using to torture & murder their enemies globally, with state-run Gang Stalking & Directed Energy Weapons.
It would not surprise me in the least, if a wave of crime was arranged during the late 70s in order to jump-start these citizen brigades. First they may have started with genuine threats, & still do target them to give the Hidden Evil the appearance of legitimacy. Bogus statistics may even be used to justify its continuation. But it's clear to me that the primary purpose for this program is to help establish a global fascist state. Because we now understand that it's a matter of public record that worse scenarios were considered for political purposes, this is not completely speculation. In fact, the evidence suggests that these are exactly the types of things that these people do.
So, whenever a crisis occurs, or the threat of a crisis looms, or a series of crimes unfold which is hyped by the media, understand that the psychopaths who control the NATO governments may be attempting to terrorize you into accepting new legislation. If a new bill is introduced you should be skeptical. On the surface, it's guaranteed to appear useful. And almost certainly, it will have a helpful-sounding name (Semantic Deception).(***) The Establishment's cheerleaders in the mainstream news will even try to convince you that it's a sensible change.
If this happens, if possible, examine the bill & read related articles on various independent media outlets to learn what it really means. Just a few of the questions you may want to ask yourself include: Are freedoms being lost? Are parts of the constitution being attacked? Who benefits? Does this in any way further world government? If the solution ultimately results in more control & less civil liberties, the crisis may have been a PRS operation.
"When will this insanity end?" asked WorldNetDaily. "What is the overall objective of the FBI and government? Are these activities actually designed to thwart terrorism or encourage it? Who benefits most from terrorist activity?" They continued, "Americans might be shocked to learn that their government is involved in such escapades. But those who study history should expect such things. It's been going on since the beginning of time. Planting seeds of fear among the people only helps those in government remain in power and grab more control over people's lives." They conclude, "Remember this the next time you hear about a so-called "terrorist incident.""
Most of us would never give up our personal freedoms--unless we were required to in exchange for protection against a threat... In the documentary, The Capitalist Conspiracy, author G. Edward Griffin asked, "But what is the best way to sell big government & then world government to a people like ours?" To answer his own question, he described a process where the financial elite deliberately create problems, & then offer only those solutions that result in the expansion of government.
Giving up personal liberties, says Griffin, can be accomplished by creating conditions "so frightful at home & abroad that the abandonment of personal liberties & national sovereignty will appear as a reasonable price for a return to domestic tranquility & world peace." To setup a police state, he says, requires the creation of, "chaos, crime & anarchy in the streets." And to convince the people of the benefits of "world government" requires the constant threat of war. He finishes, "as they say in revolutionary circles, "the real action, is in the reaction.""
