In 1988, an inmate in a Utah prison named James Fratus wrote a letter describing how he was being tortured through the use of some kind of synthetic telepathy technology that allowed his jailers to play back his thoughts over a loudspeaker in real-time.  (Research It)

 If you haven't already seen both of the Bioethics Hearings videos (on the home page of this site), and heard Jeremy's podcasts, I would highly recommend you take the time to do so now.  His ideas might shed some light on the "hows" of getting large numbers of people to appear to be harassing someone.

There is a very real possibility the abuse of this technology may soon be affecting someone you know or care about, and having as accurate an understanding as possible about what is going on may make all the difference in the world.   It might mean the difference between life and death, or between freedom and institutionalization. 

 Questions:

 Are you familiar with what a modern "smartphone" can do?    What if you remove the screen, buttons and other user interface elements, and just leave the CPU, radio and power source, then miniaturize that?

 What if you replace the microphone with an MRI type of detection device that detects neural activity, and the speaker with a device that produces not sound but brainwave patterns?

 Then implant the device in somebody's brain while you have them unconscious?   And it has a high-speed connection over a cellular (or other wireless data) network?

 Then you leave it there for years and never use it in any way that would cause the implantee to become aware that it was even there.

 What if you did this to large numbers of people?

Mind Control Tech Leaked in Obscure 1966 Film

The film Cyborg 2087 was released in 1966, and featured a scene where a character "from the future" described how in the twenty-first century, all human beings would have their brains implanted from birth, and their thoughts controlled by the state through a technology called radio-telepathy.  

In real-world application, the technology today is more commonly referred to as "synthetic telepathy" rather than "radio-telepathy."

"Easter Eggs" in Cyborg 2087

This film contains a couple of revelations that apparently were intended to be overlooked by the general public at the time of its release, but which today have become glaringly obvious thanks to internet access making research of these obscure subjects much easier.

In the story, the discovery of radio-telepathy is credited to "Dr. Marx," an obvious reference to the alleged founder of communism.    Additionally, the female doctor in the film is named "Dr. Mason," who is tasked with keeping the secret "from falling into the wrong hands."    This  refers to the global occult ("masonic" in the generic sense) network whose members perpetrate horrific crimes against the civilian populations of their own countries using these technologies, and who on pain of death conceal its existence.

The freeze-frame below shows a scene from the film indicating that the radio-telepathy demonstration takes place at a company named "THE MONARCH CORP."    This is also a hidden "easter egg" revelation: butterflies in general -- and the term "monarch" in particular -- are signature symbols used by real-world mind control operations.  

The specific division of the Monarch corporation depicted here is named "Future Industries."   This is an allusion to the fact that technologies are first developed in secret by the military-industrial complex, and only made public after much time (often decades) have passed.

Researcher Fritz Springmeier wrote extensively on this subject.  The following is an excerpt from his work:

A great deal of Monarch programming and slave abuse, (as well as the drug trade) is done under three major covers or fronts: Religious Fronts, the Front of National Security and the Military, and the Entertainment fields, especially the Country Western Industry, the Rock Music Industry and Hollywood. The religious fronts were popular for centuries, especially when groups like the Jesuits, the Assassins, and other groups held immense power. Religious fronts are still being used such as J.Z. Knight, Elizabeth Claire Prophet's CUT church, the Church of Scientology, the Charismatic movement, Jim Jones and Jonestown, and David Koresh's group etc. Billy Ray Moore's Lord's Chapel is entirely a mind-control operation. There is a nondenomination Pentecostal church in southern Washington whose entire membership is Satanists under mind-control. It would take a book to explain how these religious fronts are part of the total trauma-based mind-control and how they operate to protect mind-control, however there are publications which go into some of the CIA connections to these groups. It is suggested that interested persons read these publications.

Government psychiatrists preemptively defined the complaints that they anticipated would be made by modern MKULTRA victims as first-rank symptoms of schizophrenia and/or other mental disorders.

Thought Broadcasting

A symptom of schizophrenia in which a patient reports hearing the thoughts of others, being able to broadcast his/her own thoughts, and hear thoughts or voices where none exist. Specific manifestations may include a paranoid belief that thoughts are being recorded and re-broadcast by a radio or by a voice outside one’s heads. When thought broadcasting occurs regularly, it begins to affect behaviour and interferes with the person's ability to function in society

Here is a clip from the 2003 film Control Factor, a fictional movie based on actual scientific developments that are not generally known about.   It contains the common disinformation theme of confounding synthetic telepathy neurotechnology with voice-to-skull audio transmission (a point discussed at length in my companion article MC402 - Brain Implants vs. DEWs) but is otherwise quite on-point and relevant in its presentation:

This technology is now being used to mind control unsuspecting citizens who have been abducted, had their brains implanted, amnesia then induced (most likely by drugging and/or neurotechnological means), and returned to their beds or other places of abduction with no memory or obvious signs of what happened to them.

This is what all the "alien abduction" stories in the media during the past several decades were all about; a cover story for government abductions and mind-control. Researcher Martin Cannon figured this out in the 1990s and wrote one of the most important research papers ever written on the subject, entitled "The Controllers." This essay put forth his theory that "alien abduction" was a cover story for U.S. government mind control programs. Not too long afterwards, he had a rather sudden "change of heart": 

 Today, we hear less about "aliens" because the technology has gone mainstream, and modern victims are instead lead to believe that they are being "stalked by gangs" or are mentally ill.  In reality, however, it is just the continuation of the atrocities which began no later than the 1950s with MKULTRA.

Victims who complain to medical personnel will immediately have their charts noted as having made statements that fit the "diagnostic criteria" for mental illness -- as defined by popular vote (not scientific facts) of participating committee members and then codified into the "DSM" -- the Diagnostic & Statistical Manual used by psychiatrists to diagnose mental disorders.

Once classified as "mentally ill," a person can be deprived of their liberty without regard to the due process protections contained in the Bill of Rights (or similar provisions in many countries outside of the U.S.). The whole system was set up this way on purpose, to accomplish the long-term goal of creating a social order where the population can be directly controlled in a manner most people never would have dreamed possible. This goal is now being realized and will radically change the relationship between governments and individual human beings forever if something is not done to stop it. 

How this all turns out depends at least partly on how *you* respond to this information today and in the future.

You are living under a classified state of dictatorship by the C.I.A. and other intelligence agencies. YESTERDAY: U.S. police forces used specially-modified tanks to set ablaze the communal home of a dissident religious group in Waco, Texas (video). Residents attempting to flee from their burning home (and approximately half of whom were people of color) were machine-gunned to death by U.S. forces positioned outside the building exit (video). The CIA-controlled mass media then reported to the public that the residents were insane cult members who had committed mass suicide. TODAY: The CIA-controlled mass media is employing psychological conditioning methods to convince you to willingly surrender your firearms to the state ... "because of mass shootings." If you don't surrender, then the CIA-controlled mass media will have to keep broadcasting images of terrorized children crying, until you finally give in. In reality, however, many of the perpetrators of the mass-publicized "gun violence" incidents turn out to be CIA mind control subjects (specifically including Nikolas Cruz, the Florida school schooter whose actions were immediately followed by the latest mass-media "propaganda blitz" for gun control in the USA, and also specifically including Nashville Waffle House shooter Travis Reinking). In still other cases, strong evidence exists that the mass shooters are themselves members of, or acting under the influence of, intelligence agency-sponsored cults and fraternities (details below).

The CIA is engineering many of these horrifying events in order to artificially manufacture consent on the part of the public for gun confiscation in the United States. As Mrs. Virginia Thomas, the wife of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, correctly noted, history teaches us that gun confiscation is a necessary prelude to genocide, and the current "youth movement" against guns is organized by entrenched political powers, not by the duped kids that the CIA-controlled mass media shows us on TV.  Eventually, they expect us all to settle for restrictions on gun ownership by those with "mental health" issues - but the CIA-controlled psychiatric profession has preemptively defined mental illness in such a way as to include symptoms likely to be reported by mind control subjects and other dissidents  (see Weaponized Psychiatry).

The neurotechnology that the secret agencies have been implanting in people's brains not only allows them to modulate/demodulate the neurological patterns associated with human thought ("synthetic telepathy") but by extension also allows them to cause implanted subjects to speak involuntarily out loud.

In other words, not only are your private thoughts not necessarily your own, but also when you speak it is possible that the impulse to speak and the choice of words was likewise caused remotely by a government handler/operator. In either case, you will not become consciously aware that the technology is active when you think "their" thoughts or speak "their" words. The technology BYPASSES YOUR CONSCIOUS WILL AND PERCEPTION. You will think the thought, or speak the word, but in most cases you will not be able to discern that it was not of your own will, except in cases where the handler causes an alarm designed to get your attention, such as causing other physiological responses in your body, or sounds in the environment to which you have been conditioned, occurring simultaneously with the artificially-induced thought or speech.

What this means is that if you are a subject of these outrageous human rights violations, then your operator/handler has the capability to communicate with you by making you speak THEIR words out loud using YOUR voice, all via remote control of your brain itself.

Any complaints you make about this sort of treatment to law enforcement or medical personnel will result in an immediate and automatic diagnosis of schizophrenia which will then make it possible for them to arrest, institutionalize, confine, drug, or further experiment on you against your will.

The non-public government perfected the synthetic telepathy technology a long time ago.   They can not only read your mind and subconscious thoughts, but the technology allows them to artificially inject thoughts and motor commands into your mind, and it is so seamless that you will never know that it was happening.   You will think the thoughts are your own.   They can also record your thoughts (including any modifications they have introduced without your consent) and use it in ways that are to your detriment, if you are a "targeted individual."    

They can also induce artificial dreams including both the visual and auditory components -- in other words, what may in fact be nothing more than digital video transmitted wirelessly to implants in your brain that in turn modulate the signal into the appropriate neurological patterns so that your subconscious mind plays it out as a "dream."   

THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING, CLANDESTINELY AND WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE SUBJECTS.

It is all vicious, criminal, psychopathic practice of human ownership.   In many respects it is far worse than forms of human slavery practiced in the past, because at least those slaves enjoyed the integrity of their own minds.

Next, an example of work that the military is doing publicly in this field today, using technology far less advanced (but authorized for public disclosure).   The actual state of technology being secretly used against the citizenry is decades more advanced.

This last clipping from the NIH is a big joke.    "A major step toward cord-free control," indeed.    At a time when every other person seems to have an iPhone glued to their ear, do they really expect people to believe this drivel?   I am here to tell you that a significant portion of the civilian population ALREADY has classified mind control neurotechnology in their brains.     The deployment of the technology has been underway for decades, probably in iterative phases as the real (classified) technology developed.   The people responsible need to be aggressively prosecuted as war criminals.

                All of my friends and relatives that I am in regular contact with are being handled by the DOD with sophisticated surveillance technology. This includes forms of communication such as letters, telephone, and person-to-person conversations.

                Every conversation with friends and relatives is hijacked by the DOD’s C4ISR system, which instructs them to comment on my thoughts and the directed-energy weapons attacks that occurred moments earlier. Their statements frequently contain painful phrases.

                Friends and family also participate in what appears to be computer-generated PsyActs every time I’m around them. Similar to the battleswarms, I’ve concluded that these acts are run by a computer program, which simultaneously instructs multiple relatives and friends to participate in a single display.

                A majority of these acts are what most people would consider to be silly. They are typically insulting. Many appear to be intended to portray me as an incompetent fool.

          • The Constitution is the putative contract between the people and the government
            • As a result, your individual assent is not a prerequisite to state exercise of jurisdiction

          • These rights are secured -- not granted -- by the Constitution and Bill of Rights

Additional Examples of Typical Modern Disinformation

In September 2013, radio host Alex Jones inteviewed Dr. John Hall, a medical doctor who claims to have spoken with thousands of modern mind control victims and purports to be an expert of the subject.   During this 40 minute segment, Dr. Hall promoted a number of the disinformation topics identified in my above outline, particularly: "stalking," microwaves, directed energy weapons, and "satellite terrorism" (his term).  At no time did he mention synthetic telepathy neurotechnology, which is the primary issue that all of the above disinformation topics are designed to conceal, despite the fact that its existence is now an acknowledged fact of modern science even in the unclassified literature.

There have been numerous news items over the last few years about major television news reporters suddenly beginning to speak in complete gibberish during live television presentations.   The writers of these stories always think that something very strange and mysterious is going on, and speculate as to what that might be.  Did the reporter have a stroke on air?   Were they being hit by secret microwaves?

There is a simple black-and-white answer.   As I have documented elsewhere in this series, state security services have been covertly implanting citizens with classified "synthetic telepathy" neurotechnology.   My research indicates that the technology was perfected no later than the mid 1960s, and possibly by the 1940s.

A significant portion of the civilian population ALREADY has government implants in their brains which allows remote control of the mind (verbal thoughts,  perceived images and sounds, nightly dreams, motor commands).  I don't know the exact numbers, but I have reason to believe that young children in average families have been implanted, so it logically follows that people in positions of public influence like these news reporters would almost certainly be "owned" in this very physical way.  The only thing I'm not really sure about is whether these incidents were caused by malfunctions in the neurotechnology, or were deliberately instigated by the remote operators.

I used to have individual videos published of each instance of the reporters having on-air meltdowns, but all of these events have now been included in a compilation video, so I am posting that here instead.    The most interesting thing about this compilation is that whoever edited it together added some text to the very beginning of the video:   "This could be the early steps of humanity evolving into something else in 2012."   Spiritual evolution and 2012 mythology are both extremely common disinformation themes, as I have previously documented (see MC301).  

This tells me that the compilation video was probably put together in at attempt at damage control.   Since the story involved television broadcasts that had already been viewed and possibly recorded by millions of people, it could not be simply erased from history.  So a version of the story was deliberately put out with the disinformation text added at the very beginning to throw viewers off track. 

Interestingly, the video concludes with an example of this happening to radio co-host Ian Punnett of Coast to Coast AM.   Coast is a widely-syndicated late night talk radio program in the United States which heavily promotes disinformation topics.   Host George Noory introduces the segment in question by saying "next hour, [...] we talk about one of Ian Punnet's favorite subjects, cryptozoology."   I think it is quite telling that an journalist associated with this particular type of program subsequently became a victim of the technology himself.

The shooter in this Huffington Post news article certainly looks crazy.  What I am wondering, however, is whether or not he was deliberately driven crazy by ACTUAL telepathic harassment of the kind that seems to be in widespread use today, and that relies on wireless brain implants which are put into people's heads during covert abduction events.

Targeted individuals are reporting this in alarming numbers lately, and this is shaping up to be one of the largest mass human rights violations of all times.

Florida airport shooter Esteban Santiago also complained of being mind-controlled by the CIA:

Santiago now faces the death penalty, but the intelligence operatives who run the modern day neurotechnology-based mind control system, and who were ultimately responsible for Santiago's rampage, will undoutedly remain beyond the reach of the "law."   The FBI and police don't get paid to investigate THEM.  No, many of your "law enforcement" personnel have in fact sworn formal oaths to conceal their crimes.  They will do so as they wish to continue receiving their paychecks.  So instead, they'll just take mind control subjects in for "mental health" evaluations, a process that involves no trial and no jury.  Because the psychiatric establishment is, after all, just an arm of system designed in large part to conceal the existence of classified mind-invasive technology.   The domestic war criminals remain free, and the victims are conveniently locked up. 

The families of the shooting victims will likely applaud the enforcement droids who in reality work for the people responsible for the deaths of, or injuries to, their kin. And the general public will continue not to care.   They will keep watching football, and voting in their rigged elections, and tuning in to see the latest episode of the Walking Dead, and signing up to serve in the armies of whatever "national government" rules their particular chunk of land, and pretending everything is just fine.

Apparent mind-control subject Anissa Weier will be confined for at least three years to MKULTRA hospital

I just came across the case of Anissa Weier, a twelve-year-old girl who was involved in the stabbing of another kid based on her delusion that a fictional character was going to hurt her if she didn't.  As with so many other "mentally ill" attackers, Weier reported that she believed her mind was being read. As those who have studied this website will immediately realize, this is a red flag indicating that the actor is most likely a CIA mind control subject.  Synthetic telepathy neurotechnology has existed for a long time and is a key tool used in manipulating mind control subjects. But it remains classified and they can get away with claiming people like Anissa Weier are simply "mentally ill."  The following are a few snippets from "news media" coverage of the Weier case, with my markings in red:

It seems to me that Anissa Weier's problems have only just begun.  She is an apparent mind control subject who is now being taken away from her family and locked up in a mental hospital -- where she will spend at least three years in the physical custody of the very MKULTRA psychiatrists who are responsible for both her mind control and her violent actions. Another life ruined.

It seems like lately, if there is a mass shooting incident being publicized by the mainstream media, one can pretty safely assume that the shooter was a CIA mind control subject.  In just about every case lately, there exists some major red flag that the "mental health" issues being suffered by these shooters is really a symptom of CIA mind control.  In other words, the "psychiatric problems" are not at all organic or natural, but artificially caused by physical mind control technology being used against the subject (almost certainly in the form of classified brain implants, as discussed elsewhere in this series).

In the case of the Nashville Waffle House shooter Travis Reinking, in addition to his more bizarre behavior and claims, he was also an avowed "sovereign citizen" -- meaning someone who publicly rejects the authority of all existing governmental structures.  In other words, he was a political dissident, making him an overwhelmingly obvious target for neutralization by the domestic intelligence services. He had also made statements that he was being subjected to harassment and surveillance, which is commonly reported by individuals who are in fact being targeted by the state.  The problem is that, unlike the citizens of the former Soviet Union or East Germany, the public in the modern western World doesn't get that they are in fact living in an intelligence-agency-controlled dictatorship that controls the mass media, so the normal citizens just buy into whatever BS the "media" reports -- in this case, that these mass shooters have "mental health" issues and that gun control is the solution. 

What is really happening here is that we are living in a dictatorship in which the very concept of political dissent cannot be permitted to exist; rather, anyone who disputes the authority of the state must be delusional, since the state's absolute authority is beyond question.

In Reinking's case, the media focuses on the horror of the atrocity itself, and the delusional symptoms of the shooter (in Reinking's case, his erratic behavior and delusional beliefs about Taylor Swift) but of course does not discuss the true underlying cause of the mental illness.

People with the mind control neurotechnology in their brains can be made to act out ("evoked actions") in many ways, including involuntarily looking over at the clock and "noticing" specific patterns of numbers.   These events are almost certainly pre-programmed and evoked by remote computer systems.   The function of the brain implants is analagous to that of a consumer "smartphone," only much more advanced.    Behavioral conditioning techniques can then be used to associate certain number patterns to specific meanings in the mind of the subject/target.  A few examples:

When the MKULTRA War Criminals Get Bored of 11:11, They Apparently Switch to 12:34
